H.A. College of commerce was established in the year 1958. It is a single faculty college imparting education through Gujarati & English. The College has got permanent affiliation with Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. The State Govt has awarded “Best Commerce College” award in the year 1981-82. H.A. College of Commerce is National Accredited Four star College.

I. Academics : Our University result at all levels is nearly 100% More than 35 to 40% students obtain first class at different University examination. Every 5 to 10 students are toppers in the University and at least 1 or 2 students get Gold Medals at University level.

II. Sports : In Cricket, Basketball & Rifle Shooting we are either University Champion or runners up. Our 71 students have been selected for different type of university, Games & Teams.

III. Drama & Youth Festivals : We have been awarded many prizes at university & state levels.

IV. NCC Every year our student has been selected either for R D C Parade or exchange progamme.

V. Seminars & Work shops. Our teachers take active part in seminars & work shops. Some of the teachers have taken part at National level seminars. Most of the teachers have attended refresher & orientation programmes. Some of them are authors of reputed books and have published widely. We are sure we could have attained greater heights, had we but received some more financial assistance and infrastructural improvement. We do have miles to go before we sleep…
