In the age of knowledge centricism, education and the imparting of it acquire prime importance. The Gujarat Law Society, as one of the leading educational trusts in western India, is committed towards the cause of enhancing the level of learning in the country. At GLS, we have a history of more than eight decades of quality education. Since the first law college in Gujarat, Sir L.A. Shah Law College, (estd. 1927) GLS has had illustrious personalities who have been the cornerstones of this banyan of a society.

H.A. College of commerce is the second oldest institution in GLS, and hence has become one of the core organizations in terms of imparting education of commerce and Accountancy not only in the city but also in the state. I am proud of H.A. College of Commerce because of its experience of over five decades, the many highly learned principals and specialists faculty who have contributed to the growth of its reputation, the illustrious alumni, some of whom are internationally, acclaimed, and the staff and the students, who contribute everyday towards making H.A. what it is today – one of the premier commerce colleges in the state.

I wish H.A. College of Commerce the every best and I envision it searching the qualitative standards of the world with the dedicated hard work and sincere efforts of the principal, Dr. Ashwin Purohit, and all the staff members of the college.
